Which Time Zone do I Pick?

If you do not see your city in the list of time zones available and are uncertain which time zone to choose, an easy way around this is to update your Profile! If you add your address to your profile, the time zone for the booking will automatically select the time zone associated with your address on file!

How do I CANCEL OR POSTPONE MY EXAM?

Changes to bookings are not accepted. If you need to cancel/postpone your exam, please connect with the NOTCE department at exam@caot.ca 14 days before the exam date.
